Apartment building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a new apartment building, which will be located in the town of Jihlava. The building has five floors, of which it has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. In the basement there are cellars, laundry room, cleaning room and utility room. On the upper floors we find apartments, the total number of which is 23. The apartments have different layouts and dimensions. Housing units, besides the first floor, are enriched with balconies, on the fourth floor with a roof terrace. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. There is barrier-free access to the building, and there is also one housing unit for a person with limited mobility and orientation, which is located on the first floor. In front of the building there is a parking lot offering 63 parking spaces, of which there are 5 spaces for people with limited mobility and orientation. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation passes. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed as a brick made of lime-sand blocks. The basement is made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete, supplemented in certain places by girders of the same material. The roof structure is made as a flat single-skin roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the project documentation of the construction of the Blanice accommodation facility. The object has a rectangular shape. The proposed building is located in Vodnany. The accommodation facility is designed for 28 people and 32 seats in the restaurant. The building is designed as a four-storey, partly basement. On the underground floor there are storage areas, technical background. On the first floor there is a main entrance, a reception and a restaurant with technical facilities for the staff. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The apartment building is situated on a slightly sloping plot and is surrounded by housing estates. The building has three floors and is partially basement. In the apartment building there are 11 residential units with layouts of sizes 2+kk, 3+kk and 6+kk, which are located on the upper floors. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. The entrance to the building is possible from the west side. The construction system of the building is designed from ceramic blocks of the Therm type with a certified contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-skin vegetation roof.

This diploma thesis deals with design and elaboration of project documentation of housing home. The building is located on Plot No. 217/1 in Slatiňany, cadastral territory of Slatiňany, number of cadastral territory 749796. The apartment building is approximately rectangular shape with dimensions 25,1 x 21,1 m. Partly cellar Project documentation sloves five-storey basement apartment building with one-piece roof. In the basement are designed cellars, a technical room and a drying room. in the 1st floor there are 4 flats of sizes 1 + kk, 2x2 + kk and 3 + kk. On the second floor are also 4 apartments, which are designed as 3x3 + kk and 1x2 + kk. In 3NP are 3 flats of sizes 3 + 1, 5 + kk and 3 + kk. The fourth residential floor consists of one apartment of 5 + 1 size and spacious terraces. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks, horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The object is designed with a flat roof.
Holiday Hotel Lipno

This diploma thesis contains design documentation of of a new hotel in Lipno nad Vltavou near the Lipno reservoir. It is a building with three floors, a non-residential attic and a partial basement, where there will be underground garages for guests and technical facilities of the hotel. The building will accommodate a total of 70 people in 27 hotel rooms. The building is also equipped with a hotel restaurant, gym, massages and a sauna. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Heluz, supplemented by a reinforced concrete skeletal system, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing is designed with two rounded opposite counter roofs in two levels raised by roof trusses and further supplemented by a flat vegetation roof. The modern look is underlined by the materials used. These include the glazed railings of balconies or terraces and their location, as well as the combination of white facades with facade cladding made of fiber-cement boards in imitation wood. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of the hotel.

The bachelor thesis is focused on designing residential building located in Kroměříž 1539/61, 1539/55. The building is a four-storey single-detached residence, which has partial basement and eight housing units. On the first floor there are two units and on the second and third floor there are three units. Masonry is designed with ceramic blocks. Ceiling system is based on semi-mounted ceilings with ceramic inserts. Roof construction is a single-skin flat profile roof. The bachelor thesis contains project documentation for construction work.
Outpatient clinic in Chotěboř

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a civic amenity building for outpatient care, with associated establishments, namely a pharmacy and a café. The building is designed on a plot of land located in the center of the town of Chotěboř in the Havlíčkův Brod district. The polyclinic is designed as a partially basement, free-standing rectangular building with overhanging entrances to individual establishments. The outpatient department has three floors. Underground vertical structures are designed as reinforced concrete walls, above-ground peripheral and internal load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks, ceiling structures are made of prestressed panels. A double-reinforced concrete monolithic staircase and an elevator are designed in the building. Non-load-bearing internal structures are solved using plasterboard structures and the whole building is covered with a single-skin flat vegetation roof.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Holešov. The building plot is located in parts of the town of Holešov. The building is designed as suitable for accommodation and has three floors above ground and one underground. In the upper floors there are 8 residential units. In the underground floors there is a carriage house with a bicycle shed, a boiler room, a room for air conditioning, a storage room, a cleaning room and a cellar. The building is based on basic passports. The perimeter masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks and the underground floors are made of lost formwork. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels. The floors are connected by a two-armed reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is saddle, double-skinned from trusses.

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house” is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, disegned for a family of five (2 parents and 3 children) is located in the village Křenovice, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground strories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, bathroom, study room, kitchen, living room with an acces to terrace, self-standing garage - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents witch bathroom, children rooms, batrhroom, and cloakroom Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic systém. The roofing is done using shed roof with a slope 22° and green roof.
